Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer a range of delivery options. Local delivery is available within the Vancouver Lower Mainland through a courier service. We also provide Canada-wide and US shipping for all our gift boxes. Additionally, we offer complimentary pickup from our office in White Rock. To arrange a pickup, please email us at hello@magnoliaboxes.com in advance, so we can ensure your order is ready at a convenient date and time.
When will my order be shipped?
For Ready-to-Send gifts, orders typically ship within 2-5 business days. If you need a rush order, please contact us at hello@magnoliaboxes.com before making your purchase. You may also choose to pick up your order from our White Rock office for added flexibility.
For bulk corporate gifts, please inquire about our current lead times, as these vary depending on order volume and customization requirements.
Do you offer local delivery for gift baskets?
Yes! Gift baskets, including our Pasta Night Basket, Slow Mornings Basket, and Spa Basket, are available for local delivery in the Vancouver Lower Mainland via our Local Courier option. For hand-delivered baskets within this region, please select "Local Courier" at checkout to ensure smooth processing.
Do you ship gift baskets outside of Vancouver and the US?
Absolutely! For non-local deliveries, we package our gift basket contents in premium magnetic-closure boxes, wicker boxes, or wooden boxes, depending on the basket style and shipping requirements.
Where can I leave special requests, such as preferred delivery dates?
You can include any special requests in the “Notes” section at checkout. We carefully review all customer notes and do our best to accommodate each request. For urgent or specific delivery requirements, we encourage you to contact us directly via email or phone.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
At this time, our fastest delivery option is next-day delivery for orders placed by 11 am PST. For next-day service, please let us know via email to ensure availability. Our standard processing time remains 2-5 business days, though this may vary during the holiday season due to increased order volumes.
Are your gift boxes and baskets customizable?
Yes! We are passionate about creating personalized gifting experiences. You can customize many of our gift boxes to meet your unique needs, and we offer options to include your company’s logo on our curated gifts. Can you accommodate bulk orders?
Certainly! We specialize in creating high-quality, themed gift boxes for corporate clients, including real estate developers, banks, realtors, mortgage brokers, law firms, restaurants, and more. Our team is experienced in handling bulk orders and offers a range of customization options, including branded boxes, hang tags, and personalized products. Returns & Refunds FAQ
1. Can I return or exchange my gift box?
Due to the nature of curated goods and food items, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
2. Do you accept returns from the U.S. or other international destinations?
No.
We do not accept international returns, including shipments from the U.S. to Canada.
Unauthorized international returns may:
- Incur additional duties
- Be held at the border
- Be refused and returned to sender
3. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the issue
- We will replace the item(s) or issue a refund for the damaged portion of the order
4. What if I no longer need the gift box because my event changed?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Event schedule changes
- Travel issues
- Recipient unavailability
- Incorrect addresses
All sales are final once shipped.
5. Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours, as long as they have not shipped.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Custom or corporate orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
6. What if I mistakenly entered the wrong address?
Please contact us immediately.
If the order has not shipped, we will update the address.
If the order has shipped, a reshipping fee will apply once the item is returned to us.
7. What if my recipient refuses the package or cannot accept it?
Refused or undeliverable packages will be returned to us and must be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
8. Why can’t curated gift boxes be returned?
Because they contain:
- Food items
- Personal-use goods
- Goods that cannot be restocked
- Products affected by customs and temperature
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, all curated gift boxes are final sale.
